Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange may be considered in the following cases:

- The wrong product was sent.

- The product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

- The delivered product does not match the confirmed order.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order if there is an issue.

Important Conditions

- The product must be unused and in its original condition.

- The product should not be washed, altered, stitched, or damaged after delivery.

- The original packaging and tags, where applicable, should be retained.

- Products returned due to personal preference, colour preference, or change of mind may not be eligible for return or exchange.

- Return/exchange approval is subject to verification by Usman Khaddar House.

- Delivery charges may be non-refundable depending on the reason for return.
